  My husband and I were lucky enough to have Grieg from Olsen's catering come to cook us a completely wonderful meal at Injidup Spa and Retreat this week.
  We cannot recommend Grieg highly enough. Firstly, the food was spectacular. From the sizzling prawns, to the perfectly cooked lamb and the amazing desserts topped with Grieg's home cultivated honey, we couldn't decide which dish we liked best. Everything was top restaurant quality - and the produce was spectacular.
  The night was only made more enjoyable by sharing it with Grieg himself. Grieg was so knowledgeable on the topics of food, and the Margaret River region - we really enjoyed spending a night sharing stories and picking up some invaluable travel tips, which kept us busy for the duration of our visit to the region.
  Thank you Olsen's catering for an exceptional night, which will not be forgotten anytime soon!

  Couldn’t have asked for a better dinner! Grieg and Juliet were so friendly, helpful and organized. The food was delicious and there was more than enough for my guests. Will definitely book them again and highly recommend to anyone.

  The seafood chowder was exceptionally good. The seafood was melt in your mouth exquisite, and the fish stock base (made from fish that Grieg had caught himself) was delicate and perfectly balanced. The smoked salmon was personally hand smoked to perfection (using a trio of selected wood chips/ sawdust and other ingredients). Combined with Grieg's genuine hospitality, we had a special and perfect night to remember. Thank you Grieg.

  Olsen's Catering are catered for our long table event for 36 guests with 'feast style' dinning. Needless to say the food was INCREDIBLE!!!
  The whole process was easy and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.
